Architect and General Contractor has a professional architectural degree from the University of Florida, Jeffrey is a member of the American Institute of Architecture., Northeast Florida Home Builders Association and NCARB Certificate Holder.  Jeffrey is a former Chairman of the State of Florida Architectural Licensing Board, the Clay County Zoning Board of Appeals, and member of the Florida Green Building Coalition.

Jane B. Schaefer, Administration and Quality Control Administrator, has an Associates Degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville  and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Jane has over 30 years experience with construction administration and quality control.

Samantha Schaefer-Mahler, Job Superintendent, has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida.  Samantha has worked in various trades in the construction industry since 2004.  She has worked for us in different capacity on site and in the office over the years.  Samantha has become a permanent member of our team.
