Jeffrey E. Schaefer experience with historic projects spans three decades. From the Hippodrome Theater in Gainesville, Florida to historic homes in Riverside and Springfield in Jacksonville, Florida. Development of detailed requirements is the key to a successful historic renovation project. A clear understanding of the real cost of restoration of historical building elements and finishes is needed to accurately develop a meaningful construction budget and schedule. We can work with your architect or provide architectural services.

We build upscale custom homes, on the oceanfront, waterfront and in gated communities throughout Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns Counties.

We build custom homes from $300,000 and up. Additions/renovations from $150,000 and up. We are members of Northeast Florida Home Builders Associations, and the American Institute of Architects.
